1. No Refund After Course Activation
Once course access is granted (login created or course viewed), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Eligible Refund Cases (Before Activation Only)
A refund may be considered only if:
- You paid for the course but did not receive access
- A duplicate payment occurred
In such cases, refund is processed within 7–10 working days.
3. No Refund For:
- Change of mind
- Not liking teaching style
- Not having time to attend classes
- Technical issues from user’s side (device/internet)
- Completed course or partially used course
- Downloading or accessing any course material
4. Cancellation
- Course cancellation is allowed only before account activation.
- Once activated, cancellation is not possible.
